Cell Description:                    Human transitional cell papilloma; urinary bladder

Culture medium:                      McCoy«s 5a with sodium bicarbonate, 2 mM L-glutamine, 1,0 mM sodium pyruvate + 10% FBS

Subculture routine:                  Remove medium, rinse with fresh 0,25% trypsin solution, remove trypsin and let the culture sit at room temperature (or at 37¡C) until the cells detach (about 10 minutes). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.

Subculture:                              every 6 to 8 days.

Split ratio:                                1:2 to 1:4 is recommended
